We provide a range of complementary services to support Associates. When you initially contact us, it may not be clear which service(s) apply to your situation, but we will help you make that determination. We will listen to your concerns, help you think through the matter, and work with you to identify and evaluate options for moving forward. Whether a first step, or in conjunction with Mars’ formal communication channels, we are here to help you.
Our services include:

Referrals
We can suggest channels or functions within the business that can best address your matter.

Coaching
We can help you identify available options and work through the positives and negatives of each.

Facilitation
We can arrange a meeting between you and another individual and help steer the discussion toward a mutual resolution.

Mediation
We can act as a neutral mediator for two parties through the standard, voluntary mediation process.

Information
We can provide a safe place for you to talk or vent. We can also offer insight into Mars’ culture, polices and procedures.

Outreach
We can help Mars Leadership to surface blind spots, issues or concerns that are hindering sustainable improvements in Associate engagement.
We hold all communications with Associates in strict confidence and don’t maintain case files. The only information we keep is non-identifiable data, such as the number of contacts we receive and the broad topic areas that Associates contact us about. We use this information to identify emerging trends percolating across the business and summarize them in our Semi-annual Report for Senior Leaders and our Annual Report for all Associates.
